My name is Chelsey LaDew, and I’ve been a licensed Aesthetician for the past 8 years. I became an Aesthetician because I was interested in learning more about skin care. I myself struggled with acne for most of my life. I understand firsthand how much issues like this can affect your life and how important it is to look and feel your best. I have worked throughout the East Coast in medical spas and plastic surgery centers performing a wide range of treatments, including oxygen facials, HydraFacial MD, microneedling, and chemical peels.
Outside of direct patient and client interactions I worked as a Patient Coordinator. During this time, I learned additional insights about plastic surgery from some of the top plastic surgeons along the East Coast.
After moving past my time as a patient coordinator I took a position performing CoolSculpting treatments. I’ve been providing this unique service for several years now. In this time, I have gained my certification in the service through CoolSculpting University.
Since obtaining my certification I have performed hundreds of Coolsculpting treatments. I have decided to bring my experience and talents working with Coolsculpting to Charlotte Plastic Surgery. So, while I just recently took up a position here in June of 2020, I have several years under my belt as well as hundreds of procedures. I like seeing the results and watching the transformation of people being unhappy to now having their problem resolved. CoolSculpting is such an exciting procedure in that there is no downtime, and results can be as comparable to having liposuction!
I chose this line of work because it’s the most exciting for me. It’s what I love, and it’s what I love to do. I understand the thinking behind wanting to see the best version of yourself, and how that can really make a difference in so many different aspects of your life. Sometimes in order to become the best version of yourself you need a little help along the way. That’s why I and the rest of the team here at Charlotte Plastic Surgery is here. We want to assist you in realizing your full potential.
I love speaking with patients one on one about their concerns and how I can help them. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smile on patient’s faces, the glow in their skin and the vibrant tone in their voice as they see the results they may have been attempting to reach for years (if not decades). This alone makes it worth all the time and energy I’ve put into my career.
My motto is that it’s always better to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to taking care of yourself, so always make yourself a priority!
I am happily engaged and cannot wait to be a Mrs! I am originally from Maryland, but I have been living in greater Charlotte since 2018. Charlotte to me is an exciting city that I see growing every day. I am happy to be here (not to mention I like the breaks from long Maryland winters)! I love to travel, I love being in nature, and I am just starting to get the hang of cooking although I still have a long way to go! I love sharing recipes so if you have any favorites, I’d love to hear them!
